We experienced our first bout of sick pup last week. Apparently she got some bacterial "thing" and had the poopy pup runs for 48 hours. Ugh...not fun to clean up. She woke us up many times during the night in dire straights. I felt so bad for her. But she has had a major shot of antibiotics and pills to boot, so is doing much better.
Started the We Call Them Pirates hat this weekend. I just really love knitting hats, especially for the husband.
The parents are out of town this year for Thanksgiving (visiting Brother and SIL), so we are cooking on Friday for my sister. Very excited, because this is the first year of cooking the whole meal. I think it will be fun.
I can't stop thinking about all the knitting time to be had! Looking forward to making big tracks on the Earth Stripe Wrap. My new favorite yarn is definitely KSH. So soft and hazy, can't stop touching it.

Poor Pup - I see we had alternating issues with dogs this week. Hope yours doesn't reappear - have a great 4 days off and enjoy the food and knitting!!
